Returns
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact Philbrix Studioz within 7 days of delivery with your order information and a description of the issue.
Eligibility
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition unless the item arrived damaged.
Repairs
Philbrix Studioz will repair broken straps or tears within 1 year of the purchase; customers must pay shipping costs to and from studio.
Refunds or Replacements
If a return is approved, Philbrix Studioz may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as custom artwork, commissioned pieces, or limited-run items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
